« The staff were friendly, and the room itself was a good value for the price. However, there were two very legitimate issues that affected my stay. First, the bathroom toilet was extremely small — honestly, it felt child-sized. Second, the noise from the room upstairs made it very difficult to sleep. I could hear footsteps as early as 4:50 a.m., and after driving 13 hours to get there, I was hoping for a restful night. I did share this concern with the front desk, they claimed i would be refunded...
